To celebrate all of their achievements during their time at Crowland Primary School, Year 6s have had a fun-packed final two weeks filled with a variety of activities!
To kick off their final weeks, the children had fencing and archery lessons taught by brilliant Premier Education coaches. It was a fantastic opportunity for the children to explore and experience sports that they don't always come across.
For their end-of-year party, the children got to dance to their favourite tunes, eat some delicious food brought in (and made) by our generous pupils and parents, have fun in our photobooth and create more happy memories with their friends.
We couldn't let Year 6 leave without at least one trip, so we organised at visit to Stronghold Climbing Centre in Tottenham Hale. We were so proud of the perseverance and resilience they showed when faced with different climbing challenges.
The Year 6 water game is a traditional at Crowland and was welcomed in the summer heat! To give the year 6s an extra well-deserved treat, our wonderful Mr Thomas organised a special visit from our local ice cream van! Once filled with ice cream and slushies, the children had a brilliant time getting wet in the sun!
We are going to miss the class of 2021, but we hope we gave them some memorable experiences and wish them the best in secondary school.
