About Friends of Crowland
All parents, carers, guardians and staff are automatically members of Friends of Crowland (FROC) and are welcome to attend meetings. We would love to see you there.
Getting involved
All parents can get involved even if you have a small amount of time. You may be interested in a formal role such as Chair, Treasurer or Secretary or want to participate in smaller events that take place throughout the year. For example, organising school fairs, cake bake sales, selling raffle tickets, school gardening projects or cinema nights, Not all events take place on a regular basis so even if you have half an hour to spare there are many jobs that can be done to help support FROC and the school.
We are always looking for new fundraising ideas and opportunities but we usually raise money through events and initiatives. Currently, we organise the Summer Fair, Christmas Fete, Cake bake sales and Christmas cards designed by the children. If you have any further suggestions please email us at friendsofcrowlandpta@gmail.com please include your details so we can acknowledge your contribution.

Easy Fundraising
We have set up an account with Easy Fundraising, which allows you to make a donation to the school when online shopping – at no extra cost to you! Follow the steps to sign up at www.easyfundraising.org.uk, join ‘Friends of Crowland - Tottenham’ and you’re ready to go. Each time you shop online, go to the website and click through to the store you’re looking for or download the easy fundraising app and enable the ‘Donation Reminder,’ which will find donations as you browse.
Governance
FROC is managed by a small committee, which includes a Chair, a Secretary and a Treasurer, though anyone can get involved and everyone is welcome at meetings. These are held every half term and minutes are shared afterwards. Often, smaller groups will be established to focus on a specific event or activity. Voting takes place annually to establish who will take on the formal committee roles and anyone can put themselves forward for these.
