Haringey Goes Wild at Royal Albert Hall

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]‘Haringey Goes Wild’ took place at the historic Royal Albert Hall on 4th June. It showcased the amazing and diverse musical talent that we have in the borough of Haringey. Crowland Primary were represented by Mr Elvy and the choir who performed as part of a massed choir. 6 children in years 5 and 6 were also lucky enough to take centre stage with the Junior Vox Choir under the leadership of the fantastic Ty Lowe from Gladesmore school.

The night was a great success and even our MP David Lammy came along to speak to us and join in the celebrations. Being a local boy, he was quick to point out that he wouldn’t have had the confidence get where he is today had it not been for the musical opportunities that he was given growing up in Haringey. If you missed the performance, Crowland will be performing some of the pieces again in Finsbury Park on 4th July. More information to follow on this one![/vc_column_text][vc_gallery type=”image_grid” images=”6747,6746,6744″ img_size=”medium”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
